Ability to create Future Dated Recipes - CXE-390

Customers will have the ability to make changes to their Recipes in advance and schedule those changes to take effect on a certain go-live date.

Sending an automated notification email to the site when their order gets authorised - CXE-832

When an Area Manager authorises an order, an automated notification email will be sent to the site so that managers will be informed when an order is sent to the supplier.

Ability to exclude Development Kitchen invoices and include manual deliveries within the 'Sage200InvoicesAndCredits' data feed - CXE-849

Customers will have the option to exclude Development Kitchen invoices and include manual deliveries within their 'Sage200InvoicesAndCredits' data feed.
